Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use KPI data for performance monitoring, and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure is essential. Flexibility for scheduling, including weekends, and physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled areas are required.
