Role Overview: As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and perform preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety. No prior automotive experience is needed, as comprehensive training will teach you tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing/replacement, light/wiper inspections, and an 18-point safety check.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and safety inspections, assist customers, and support team operations to promote safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments. Flexibility for weekend work is preferred.
