Role Overview: Serve as a Retail Store Associate, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by greeting, helping, and providing friendly service.
- Restock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and rotate products.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures in food handling and packaging.
- Resolve price discrepancies and ensure equipment is maintained.
- Collaborate across departments during promotions and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of retail operations and ability to differentiate product lines.
- Strong customer service skills, courteous and friendly demeanor.
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various equipment.
- Ability to read, learn, and retain product information.
- Experience in retail preferred but not required.
