Position Overview
Seeking a full-time Dairy and Frozen Department Associate to assist with daily operations, customer service, and team supervision in a retail grocery setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service and support the Dairy/Frozen Manager in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals.
- Handle ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of dairy and frozen products.
- Maintain proper shelf conditions and stock levels.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and development of department staff.
Work Environment & Skills
Work in refrigerated freezer environments and standard store conditions.
- Prior retail experience preferred, with strong communication, basic math, and computer skills.
- Ability to operate equipment such as balers, pallet jacks, case cutters, and marking guns.
- Friendly, courteous, and attentive to customer needs.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Experience of 2-5 years in retail is preferred.
