Role: Provide technical construction oversight for FAA facility modernization efforts, covering building, roofing, parking, refurbishment, and security-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction progress, plans, specifications, and related project documentation.
- Monitor work for safety and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate on-site logistics and oversee execution of assigned scopes.
- Document project activity, observations, and outcomes.
- Identify issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and facility modernization processes.
- Excellent ability to interpret technical documents and assess compliance.
- Proven skills in safety oversight, issue resolution, and corrective action recommendations.
- Ability to travel extensively and work effectively in field environments.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
