Leasing Agent to support leasing and resident relations across a multifamily portfolio in an on-site capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full leasing cycle: respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct unit tours, and qualify prospects.
- Prepare and process applications and leases.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold fair housing requirements.
- Track leasing and performance KPIs.
- Use property management and CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
- Support marketing efforts and assist with renewals.
- Deliver a high-touch resident experience and collaborate with asset management to support occupancy and revenue goals.

- Strong customer service and sales/leasing capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of fair housing and regulatory compliance requirements.
