Retail Merchandiser
Execute retail merchandising standards to support in-store retail operations in {JOB-CITY}, {JOB-STATE}. Responsible for implementing planograms, setting shelves, rotating stock, and ensuring accurate product placement and pricing to drive sales.
Key Duties
- Merchandise new items and maintain consistent store presentation
- Set and follow planograms; verify correct product placement
- Rotate inventory and ensure freshness/stock accuracy
- Maintain and update product signage
- Verify inventory levels and execution against retailer/client standards
- Collect basic data, report execution results, and communicate issues to store teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with store personnel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing/placement
- Comfort following merchandising instructions and established standards
- Basic data collection and clear communication skills
