Retail Merchandiser position supporting retail operations through in-store merchandising and execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute planograms and set up displays according to brand and layout standards.
- Ensure accurate product placement, shelf organization, and on-shelf availability.
- Maintain inventory by rotating stock and addressing out-of-stocks or resets as needed.
- Collect merchandising and store data and report results.
- Coordinate with store personnel to resolve issues and support promotions.
Qualifications & skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow merchandising instructions.
- Basic retail merchandising and display setup experience preferred.
- Comfort working independently while communicating clearly with store teams.
- Strong organization, data collection ability, and commitment to product freshness and availability.
