Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Perform repairs and complete work orders efficiently, accurately, and safely.
- Conduct property inspections to identify and address preventative maintenance needs.
- Ensure homes are move-in ready and maintained to required standards.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and residents to deliver timely, professional service.
