Estimator/Project Manager (Residential Development)
Lead end-to-end residential development work in a hybrid role combining estimating, bidding, and project management. Prepare detailed estimates, manage bids, and oversee projects through pre-construction to closeout for sitework, utilities, and related residential scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate project estimates and bid packages
- Lead bid activities and support procurement decisions
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with field teams on work sequencing and execution
- Track costs and maintain budget alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure quality and jobsite safety compliance
- Support planning and execution for sitework and utility-related tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong estimating and bid leadership skills
- Project management experience with construction projects
- Knowledge of sitework and utility construction in residential developments
- Ability to collaborate closely with field teams
- Solid understanding of cost control, quality, and safety practices
