Role Summary
Support daily restaurant operations by leading and developing managers and team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience and strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational execution and uphold high standards for food quality, hospitality, food safety, and sanitation.
- Help drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency through effective planning and performance management.
- Support staffing needs and monitor financial performance to ensure targets are met.
- Resolve guest and team concerns promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to coaching, development, and performance of managers and team members.

This role reports to the General Manager.
