Oversee front store operations, assign registers, and support POS coverage. Train and mentor Associates on customer engagement and loyalty programs. Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store organization. Communicate effectively with management and team members. Promote safety, store policies, and shrink reduction initiatives. Ensure adherence to labor laws and store procedures. Support a collaborative, honest, and respectful store environment.
Requirements include 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
