Full-Time Customer Experience Coordinator

Seeking a Front End Supervisor to promote excellent customer service, lead a team of Associates, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Oversee front store operations, assign registers, and support POS coverage.
  • Train and mentor Associates on customer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store organization.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Promote safety, store policies, and shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and store procedures.
  • Support a collaborative, honest, and respectful store environment.
  • Requirements include 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
