Seafood Manager

Seeking a passionate Seafood Manager to oversee operations at a growing gourmet marketplace in Port Washington.

  • Manage all aspects of the seafood department, including displays, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance.
  • Optimize inventory, pricing, and displays to ensure freshness and attractiveness.
  • Train, mentor, and support seafood staff across multiple locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including seafood prep advice and sustainability education.
  • Requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in seafood with 3+ in management, and strong leadership and communication skills. Culinary training is a plus.
