Responsibilities:
Provide a positive shopping experience and uphold honesty and confidentiality.Act as Manager on Duty, oversee store tasks, and address customer issues.Ensure operational procedures, opening/closing, and safety standards are followed.Coach and recognize team members, support training, and promote programs.Support shrink reduction, adhere to labor laws, and communicate effectively.Qualifications:
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.Team player with problem-solving skills and leadership experience.Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.Minimum 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.
