Part Time – Carrier

The Key Carrier role offers career growth as an extension of the Coordinator position, with responsibilities including leading store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supervising associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive shopping experience and uphold honesty and confidentiality.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, oversee store tasks, and address customer issues.
  • Ensure operational procedures, opening/closing, and safety standards are followed.
  • Coach and recognize team members, support training, and promote programs.
  • Support shrink reduction, adhere to labor laws, and communicate effectively.

  • Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Team player with problem-solving skills and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.
