Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinator (Nights/Weekends)

Seeking a Front End Supervisor to promote excellent customer service, lead a team of associates, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Oversee front store operations, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.

Train and mentor associates on customer engagement, loyalty programs, and store policies.

Handle customer concerns promptly, maintain store organization, and promote safety.

Communicate effectively with management and team, prioritize tasks, and support store goals.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail and 6+ months leadership experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
