Ideal candidates should follow structured guidelines, navigate online platforms comfortably, contribute 1–3 hours weekly on a flexible schedule, and have strong reading comprehension and attention to detail. Prior industry experience is not required.
Technical needs include a Windows or Mac computer or modern smartphone, reliable internet (50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload), and a private workspace.
