As an Injury Examiner, you will adjust complex auto and homeowner bodily injury claims, UM/UIM, and small business claims, including coverage confirmation, liability determination, investigation, negotiation, and adjudication in compliance with laws.
Responsibilities include managing complex claims, investigating loss details, collaborating with vendors, providing proactive communication, and delivering top-tier member service.
Requirements: high school diploma, 4+ years auto claims experience, advanced knowledge of claims evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and legal regulations, along with an insurance license within 90 days.
Preferred: 2+ years in catastrophic injury claims, college degree, insurance designation, or military experience.
Salary ranges from $85,040 to $162,550, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
