What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and building loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services.
Your role involves effective communication, suggesting services based on inspections, and providing excellent customer experience. Training will prepare you to become knowledgeable about products, services, and safety procedures, regardless of prior automotive experience.
You will interact face-to-face with customers, work in a non-climate-controlled environment, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work as a top-side technician cross-trained in various tasks is required.
