Join a team dedicated to feeding communities by unloading inbound trailers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
As a Warehouse Unloader, you will be responsible for receiving products, recording code dates, and breaking down pallets following proper procedures.
Utilize forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and clamp machines to move merchandise efficiently and safely.
Perform equipment inspections, complete related forms, and handle products weighing from 1 to 60 lbs., often lifting from floor to overhead.
Maintain a high activity level through standing, bending, lifting, and walking on various surfaces.
Contribute to a team-focused environment with a safety-first mindset.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift required.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
- Team-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to follow material handling safety guidelines.
Key Duties:
- Unloading and receiving inbound shipments, recording details, and breaking down pallets.
- Moving merchandise using appropriate equipment.
- Ensuring timely processing to prevent backlogs.
- Inspecting equipment and performing safety checks.
