Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Selector to pick, gather, and organize products for delivery, ensuring order accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Pick items using order sheets or audio headsets
- Operate equipment like electric pallet jacks and walkie-riders
- Stack products on pallets and apply labels
- Ensure order accuracy and safety compliance
- Perform equipment inspections and handle product safely
- Lift and move products weighing up to 60 lbs or more, frequently lifting from floor to overhead
- Work in cold refrigerated environments, walking 6-12 miles daily on various surfaces
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in cold storage and lift heavy items safely
- Comfort with standing, bending, pulling, and repetitive movement
- Strong attention to safety and detail
